Your CV is personal. Here is how Talix.fit uses it for job matching, what stays in your browser, and how to exercise your privacy rights.

1. CV processing and job matching
When you attach a PDF for analysis, Talix.fit sends its contents through Lovable AI to extract skills and provide CV feedback. Those skills are compared with job-posting keywords to calculate match scores. Scores are guidance, not hiring decisions.
The attached file and returned analysis stay in the current browser tab; Talix.fit does not save them to its application database or file storage. Some previews use clearly labelled sample results instead of reading your CV.
Your CV is not automatically sent to employers. External application links take you to a separate website, whose privacy policy applies.
2. Security and service providers
CV analysis is sent over HTTPS to the AI processing service. Our analysis request disables stored AI responses. This setting is not a guarantee about provider logs, retention, training practices, or international transfers.
Only upload information you want processed. Remove unnecessary sensitive details, identification numbers, and other people’s personal information before uploading.
Contact us for current information about processing providers and safeguards. This notice does not claim audited security or certified GDPR compliance.
3. Account and notification information
Registration creates a Talix.fit account. Account records include your name, email address and account timestamps. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe; Talix.fit stores subscription status and billing reference IDs, not your full card details. Recruiter launch-notification signups save the submitted email address and signup date.
Privacy and deletion requests for hosted account, subscription and recruiter notification records are handled by the Talix.fit operator at contact@talix.fit .
4. Your GDPR rights
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights can be subject to legal conditions.
Send requests to contact@talix.fit . We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting account information. GDPR generally requires a response within one month; permitted extensions must be explained. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including Sweden’s IMY.
5. Delete your account and data
Clear your attached CV and sign out of this browser below. This does not delete your Talix.fit account, cancel a subscription, delete hosted records or recall information already processed by the AI service.
For a hosted account, recruiter notification signup, or other personal data, use the deletion-request button or email contact@talix.fit from the associated email address. Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. We will confirm the outcome and explain any information that must be retained under applicable law. Email requests are handled manually, not instantly.
