Terms of Service

Talix.fit provides paid job search and CV-to-job matching, alongside free CV guides, interview preparation and recruiter information. Basic includes job search and matching; Pro also includes unlimited CV reviews and personalised improvement feedback.

Some pages show clearly labelled sample roles, sample scores, or sample testimonials so you can see how the experience is intended to work. Anything labelled as a sample is illustrative, not a live vacancy or a real person's experience.

Registration creates a real account using your name, email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for providing accurate account information. Creating an account does not itself start a paid subscription.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data from the Privacy Policy page or by emailing contact@talix.fit .

Talix.fit offers Basic at €4.99 per month and Pro at €6.99 per month. Prices include VAT where applicable. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe's hosted checkout. The checkout displays available payment methods and the amount payable before you confirm. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; access activates after payment is verified.

There is no lock-in period. Open My Profile, select Manage billing & invoices, and confirm cancellation in Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ends paid access immediately. An upgrade from Basic to Pro charges the prorated difference for the remaining billing period, then renews at €6.99 per month. Failed payments may suspend paid access. Contact us about billing errors or refunds; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Some listings are drawn from official employer and public job sources and link to the source website for applications. Others are labelled examples. Talix.fit does not employ the listed organisations, is not their agent, and does not guarantee that a listing is still open when you arrive at it.

When you apply, you use the employer's or job board's own website. Their terms, privacy policy and screening process apply to that application.

Match scores and CV feedback compare the skills and keywords found in your CV with the wording of a job posting. If the CV cannot be read, no personalised match score is generated. They are guidance to help you decide where to apply and what to improve. They are not hiring predictions, applicant percentiles, or a guarantee of an interview, and experience and education sections are estimated rather than verified.

You keep full responsibility for the accuracy of the information you submit, and for anything you include in an application.

Use Talix.fit for your own job search. Do not upload other people's personal documents without their permission, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape listings in bulk, misuse AI features to generate spam or deceptive applications, or use the service unlawfully.

Your CV is yours. It is processed to produce the feedback you asked for and is not sold to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for exactly how CV data is handled and how to request deletion.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, sample data, prices and these terms may change as the product develops; significant changes will be reflected on this page and in its date.

Talix.fit is not liable for decisions you make based on a match score, listing, guide or CV comment, or for a lost opportunity, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
